Brotherhood.

     Our fraternity has always stressed the importance of Scholarship, Service to Others, Brotherhood and Self-Discipline.  Our internal scholarship program, with our peer mentors, study halls, time management and study skills workshops, is designed to help our brothers and pledges achieve their high goals of academic excellence.  Our scholarship program is not static or stale, but rather changes constantly to suit the needs of our members.
     We also hold an annual Career Roundtable that allows brothers to speak with chapter alumni in various professions and learn the most successful ways to attain their career goals.  Additionally, our alumni network regularly contacts the fraternity to inform us of opportunities for employment or of internship programs.  Based on the strength and merit of our programs, William and Mary’s Order of Omega’s Greek Awards Committee recognized our fraternity this past year for Excellence in Scholarship and Excellence in Alumni Relations. 
     Also of note is that by being a chapter of a national fraternity, our alumni base extends beyond our chapter alumni.  Several of our undergraduate members attend Regional Conclaves and National Conventions to not only learn better techniques for management of the chapter, but to also network with alumni and fellow active undergraduate members from other chapters.  The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho is also unique in that it has opportunities for undergraduate members to serve on national committees and to also serve on the Board of Directors of the National Fraternity, influencing the course of the whole organization.
